I've got them on mine..pretty quiet on the...

I've got them on mine..pretty quiet on the roadway, smooth ride, seem to have okay traction in the snow (i've had better) and mud traction is pretty minimal as well, but they are pretty good for a DD...

Yeah it was an aftermarket kit from the company Dorman..i found this one new on ebay for $85..messy but relatively clear cut and simple on removal and installation

definitely the rear cv joint at the transfer case for your front drive shaft.. i had similar issues...$85 later I had a rebuild kit in my hands in 2 days https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRAPXMxSPgs

try putting it in 4wd and put it under load...try accelerating quickly and see if you get a louder clacking type noise in 4wd..i had similar issues and it was the CV Joint on the front drive shaft at...

I have them as well..just like all others have said, low road noise, ride and feel good on the streets, not horrible for mild off roading but once you get a little bit of mud involved they dont seem...

Update - dropped the shaft today and magically...

Update - dropped the shaft today and magically lost that annoying noise! Definitely the cv joint at the transfer case this thing looks like crap! Got me a rebuild kit on the way!
