I think the switch for the rear wiper is a single pole double throw so you'd need one of these from OTRATTW (http://www.otrattw.net/SPDT-ON-OFF-ON/)

Currently sitting on 2.5 inches of lift with a .75 inch spacer in the front to compensate for the bumper and winch. It's perfect to me.

How bad of a leak is it? If it's just a few drops then I'd be willing to bet it's your rear main seal leaking and that's extremely common on the 4.0L
