Yeah, your lateral (side to side) will have a lot of torque with them that long.

Just be careful on that cornering, and flexing, and you should be fine.

But Im running 33" tires, so Im running about 2400 at 70mph, with 31's you would be about 2600rpm; which I believe it great for that 4.0L.

What I would do is put it on stands, lock in the 4X, and try to spin the front drive shaft. You will be able to watch the front wheels and see them rock back and forth when you do that.

Yes, your trans and TC should work fine without any oil. I would just not recommend going anywhere but a quick check before you got it filled.
