I had to use an air hammer to remove mine. They are locktite'd in so a little heat and an impact will help break the bond.

If you want to save room / make a safer system. Daisy chain the 4 power wires in off one power wire, have the 4 power out lines go to relays, so all your "heavy load" power (if you didn't have LEDs)...

Could be the door seal. Its not as flexible when cold. Doesn't squish as easily.

Next time its really cold, try pushing on the seal. if its really firm, try warming it with a hair dryer and see...

I would go from 1-5 with out clutching on occasion, just used the clutch to get rolling. It can be done, but you have to be carefull and pay attention to rev matching.
