I replaced everything trying to track down an over heating issue. Rad, fan, clutch, tstat, waterpump, cap. still over heated.... ended up being a clogged cat. replaced cat and no more...

I see a lot of water here in fla. Dielectric grease is your friend, and silicone the top of the dist. Run a snorkle and raise your breather tubes.

I just got the ECGS kit last week and rebuilt mine. The chain is not a Borg Warner. Some name that starts with an H. I forget and now it is inside the case...

Yeah i have fixed several body mounts on mine where they just came off the frame. No penetration into the frame rail with the weld. Frame rail was smooth like nothing was ever attached.

The odd thing was that the factory welds are what broke. Not the bracket and not the tube. Just a crack right down the middle of the weld.
