Thanks for all the advice guys, I took out the bolts that I could and tried pulling the housing plate off of the axle and it wouldn't budge! I think it could be rusted to the axle!

I'm going to try feeding some sea foam into a vacuum line tomorrow and see how it goes. Hopefully I'll find something relatively small but knowing my jeep I'm sure that won't be the case lol.
