I've never had one NOT come off when using the Snap-On puller. Tighten it up, then hit the shaft of the puller with a BFH. Repeat until the arm comes off.

I got new bearings put in the left hub assembly today. The outer race was practically welded to the hub and had a ton of heat discoloration, but I managed to get it out....
