Question hood/cowl scoop?

Been considering adding a scoop on my TJ for the summer.
My Jeep does not have AC. I plan on keeping on the full doors, but run a safari top 99% of the summer.
I am guessing these are held on...

Thumbs up when I still had a bike.... I used RAM stuff...

I used RAM stuff for my phone and my GPS (on long trips)... 70mph and NEVER had any issues... It's great stuff.

I added OEM steps and Rugged Ridge Fender Flares... also added, a Curtis Trailer Hitch (yep, need to pull the Jon Boat once in a while).

Question OEM steps (mounting hardware) 1997

I just got a set of OEM Jeep Steps...
well, they are on there way, anyway....

they do not come with hardware. They came off a '97 and there for should fit my '97.

what I'd like to know......

I bought the bar and also bought an OEM wire harness.
took longer to mount the bar than it did to plug in the harness...
