If it was not a 9 hour ride I'd be really tempted especially under 500 bucks! I was quite surprised to see them for sale this quickly! But I have side bags so they wouldn't work for me anyway.

The km is the old design, no sipes, tri-guard sidewall, std mud tire tread, etc.

The km2 is the new design, sipes, krawler style tread

I've used the mud grapplers and they wore pretty...

I've used the mud grapplers and they wore pretty well and even. Always believed in 5k tire rotations so they never really got much noisier than when they were new.

Or you could run 265/70/17's and then your speedometer will still be pretty accurate!

I do 5k mile rotations and always work the spare...

I do 5k mile rotations and always work the spare in the rotation. Extends your tire replacement interval a bit and it's better than letting it dry rot on the back of the jeep IMO!
