Thanks for the picture brother! I do plan on doing the lightbar across the top, i'm glad you said its a 17" because I was thinking of doing a 15" but I like the way yours looks!

This is incorrect. There's no such thing as 'too low' SWR reading. You want as close to 1:1 as possible, but it'll probably never actually happen.
