Has the same issue with my 87. Ran 89 octane for the next test and it lowered the NOX enough to pass. Early YJ's didn't come with any NOx control equipment.......the higher octane burns slower...

If it hasn't been nuttered and you have all those disconnected along with the stock air cleaner missing you will never run right. You'll have several missing vacuum components and electrical sensors...

Oops......rear shackles are stock and rear spring has more arch than front. Probably a 4" rear sling and a 2.5" front with longer shackles to match the rear. It's defiantly not 5.5" or 6" or those...
