With the engine idling, trickle some water on the belt and see if the squeak changes. If it changes, ya know its the belt or its tension.

It has to do with the vent tube. There is a modification you can do to shorten the vent tube (ya have to drop the fuel tank to do it). It allows you to get more fuel in the tank.

I don't think you are going to get 12.5" wide tires to tuck under the stock flares even with lots of backspacing. You might be better off with 33x10.5 in a different tire if PA is very strick. ...
