I bought mine last year at Autozone or Advance. They were on the aisle with the miscellaneous clips and fittings. They come with the disconnects and the hard plastic line.

It's a post-secondary tech school. Their classes include cosmetology, small engine repair, auto-body. You can get a haircut for $6, drop your lawnmower off for repair and get a fender repainted....

The cables come with the clips. You can buy them from eBay (new-old stock). Rugged Ridge also makes replacements. I in the shop for AC\Heater and just haven't installed them yet.
