If you had a cat back system installed, check the tail pipe. Mine rubs against the shock on the passenger side. It will rattle at take off and when I turn the engine off.

No need to lengthen front driveshaft. TC drop is for rear driveshaft. How did you manage to bend it installing a lift?

Check to see if the vacuum actuators aren't broke off the heater box. They are located down by your feet on the drivers side.

A worn synchro would grind or hesitate going in to gear. Check the lower shifter boot. You can slice it on the back. That is what usually causes it to pop out of gear.

Yes! That plate is a transmission mount that bolts to the skid plate you removed. You definitely need that mounted to drive!

What year? It is simply a plug fastened to a t-case bolt with a push in mount! The new 02 sensor comes with the mount. Just squeeze the tab on the plug and pull!

I had the same problem with some cheapie eBay...

I had the same problem with some cheapie eBay stainless steel manifold. Took it to stealership and they couldn't find anything wrong. Gave it to a cousin with a jeep & he has had no problems with it...
