You will need to adjust your bumpstops. High line fenders could fix it but you will still have the issues of over stretching your brake lines or even having your springs fall out. Search the forum...

I ran the KM2's for about 55,000 miles. And had no issues. I would get them siped. Currently have the MTR kevlars with about 10,000 and the only minor issue I have had is balancing. Other than that...

Actually you're more likely to to get hung up on the rocks with the long arms. You can get good travel with short arms. Look into the brands I mentioned earlier and I'm pretty sure you will be happy...

It can be replaced but you will have to reset the toe in if you replace the whole piece. If you have the funds and plan to upgrade to the Currie currectlync then I would do that. You wont regret it.

Its probably your rear main seal but also check to see if the oil is running from the back of your valve cover. There are tons of write ups on this forum on what is needed to do and how to fix it....

I am on base quite a bit, my kids go to daycare on base and my wife is stationed at Navsta Everett.
As far as wheels and tires I think 17" wheels would look better IMO and don't know too much...
