Which fill hole for Teraflex 44 front axle?

I have the Teraflex 44 front axle and noticed that it has 2 fill holes on the diff cover.

Is the Teraflex 44 a "high-pinyon" axle and do I fill it to the top hole?
Thanks

On my new 2013, I bought a Sport and...

Heavy, you remove the stock transfer case skid, but you definitely are adding weight.
