If it were me, I would take it to a frame shop to make sure it is still within specs. There's a good chance It may have been tweaked slightly given the damage you have mentioned.

I have the same OME lift and had the same issue...

I have the same OME lift and had the same issue initially. I swaped the rear springs and it corrected the issue. (Left to Right) Not sure why OME doesn't document this or include with the springs.
