Thanks to you both - I don't wheel much. I tend to baby this vehicle as it is my DD. I'm hoping it's just brakes because it would be relatively cheap (and easy) to fix.

And craigslist seems to be scarce for the bumper covers in Mass. I'll keep my eye out though. It's one of those 'you can't see it unless you look hard' types of dents..but enough for the owner (me)...

Awesome. Thanks for that tidbit. My co-worker just took a ride with me (he used to be a mechanic) and mentioned calipers or parts around it. This seems to correlate with that.

Thanks for the tip. I forgot to mention that in reverse when cutting the wheel hard, you can hear the beginning of the squeak/squeal. Not sure if that adds/takes away from any thoughts.
