There is an existing plastic grommet in the rear driver side corner by roll bar attachment that I pushed wiring through. Same place the taillight wiring runs.

The second connector looks like the adapter plug for the cigarette lighter/power plug. My jeep (06) has 2 power plugs from factory. My 99 only had 1 I believe so it could be that.
