1 - Take the TB off and use a TB cleaner. It is easier to clean that way. You also want to remove the IAC sensor and get that clean too.

2 - Don't bother with a Seafoam treatment.

I have 30k miles on my Duratracs. They have never let me down. Though, for my next set i am considering Cooper Discoverer SST Max or Pro or whatever they changed the name to recently.
