All YJ soft tops are the same. Doors are different between soft and hard tops. Soft tops require soft doors with a squared off corner. Hard tops require full doors with a rounded corner.

Yes, the factory tail lights have reverse lights. Your new ones do not. The white wire from the new lights needs to go the the chassis. You no longer have reverse lights.
