I drove around on a few colder days last spring with my soft uppers and no top, nothing happened even at highway speeds. You should be just fine. I wouldn't worry about it at all.

The shackles are 1 1/4" lift, so an extra 2 1/2" over stock, whatever that is. They're the boomerang shackles from RC, also it has a 4" RC lift. I'm still not sure if I really like the look of them,...

I just know I couldn't drive a vehicle that was wider in the front than in the rear.

I've never used one but a friend of mine has several times.
What he does is leaves it in first gear 4 low, gets out and starts ratcheting.
They're definitely bulky as well, but better than nothing.

The T-case drop is only 2" out of the 4 you gain, but the goal is to fit...
