Yeah, I went 1/4" because it would be easier to go bigger than it would smaller later! All it needs to do is drip out.

I put a small zip tie through the pull...a lot...

I put a small zip tie through the pull...a lot easier on the fingers...if it gets too hard to pull only the zip tie breaks. I use the Mopar zipper lube, works really well.

I went with a Pyle...believe it was 4ohm, it has dual voice coils. I'm good with the sound...won't win any sound competitions but fills in the lows nicely. Very minor trimming in box to make it fit....
