I'm not sure how I'm going to mount the winch and I want to make sure I don't weld on the guard in a way that prevents me from an easy winch install....

Well, I need to revise the title of this post as my total cost is up a bit...
$10 for 8 new bolts
$20 for 2 new csi d shackles
$5 for some scrap 3"x2"x1/4" angle

total is just under $50...
