Ya I used Alloy USA joints, they have needle zerk. They sit way to high in the C end. It looks like synergy's are the same design.

Synegry's appear to be too tall on the lower ball joint. Especially with the zerk fitting. The size of the Cv joint on the RCV's don't allow for much clearance of the ball joint in the axle "C"

Is it factory console?? Put into 4wd low, which will raise the handle up. It should slide right up and over shifter stem.

Suspension first, you will be able to live with 3.73's. That is if you decide to stick with 33's, and not toy with the idea of 35's.

Also I imagine the jeep is dying when you come to a stop, since the ECU is not getting a signal from sensor to adjust fuel trims.

Only 2 things come to mind. Torque on bolt off 100 ft. lbs, loosened up and tone ring is spinning loose, or sensor went south on you.

I did JB conversions ssye, and had same problem. Re-torqueing...
