have you tried shifting using rev matching instead of depressing the clutch ..... if it shifts fine while rev matching than it would seemingly be a clutch issue

check into worn control arm bushings as well ... also check tranny fluid level, and consider flush,filter and fluid change .... not sure if you are describing a hard shift or the suspension...
