My '04 Rubi is about due for new brakes after 81000 mi. My question is how to replace the rear discs and pads?

2004 Rubicon - I've lost the two slower blower fan speeds. the speed switch seems to be OK, so I think the resistors are shot. My question is: Where are they located? All help...

All work was performed under warranty by the dealer. The original RE chucked a bolt around 25K miles, the 2nd RE was growling around 34K miles, and now I've got 39,950 miles and it's growling again....
