Clock spring. Not too difficult. If you can change oil, you can find a youtube video on how to do it and it shouldn't be too tough. Maybe an hour if you've never done it before.

I got it on no problem, steering wheel centered...

I got it on no problem, steering wheel centered and drives great. Only question left is for anyone that has a bds track bar.
