Listen to Jerry. There is a lot to running 35s properly and it is expensive. I have both 33s & 35s. I am in Texas now so I will save the 35s for my off-road rock trips and run 33s for gas mileage...

I did the H4 conversion and it has been one of the best mods next to my black magic brake pads. Housings and 55/100 watt bulbs cost right around $90 and I made a harness on my own.

You can run them with stock shocks with no problems as long as you are nice to them. I ripped one apart like that on a BB, but it was in Moab on a pretty aggressive trail.

Water that deep and you will need to change the fluids in both axles and the tranny if you have an automatic if you have a manual I am not sure if it is sealed or not.
