Mine is probably 20 PSI higher with the gas in it than it is at idle also. But my motor has 160k so I don't know if that's normal for the 4.2 or not. I just replaced the oil pump and I get higher oil...

Double check wires to ignition relay. All it takes is one to get lose and you have no juice. If the right one is lose, motor will turn but no fire.

Yeah I was just reading some more info on it. I got the instructions for it with the motocraft kit. I see they disconnected the stepper to make it work.
