I have had the same problem for awhile..starting...

I have had the same problem for awhile..starting to get annoying (bad)..just like you it goes away when I engage the gas pedal.

What was your solution....

Not sure of the clutch slipping...shifting is not an issue.

Help me to diagnose rough ride/engine/ issue

I am at my wit's end.

ISSUE:
At low speeds, and especially under load..i.e on-road going up a hill, the engine misses and jumps...

TEMP FIX:
If I floor it, it stops jerking...but, it may/will...

sometimes I have had to turn mine on high, switch it to the floor vents, then switch to the face vents..sometimes I have had to turn it high on feet, then low then turn to face....u may have tried...

Only time will tell...and granted I can't just throw a 2x4 in the jeep now without worrying about the seats...but, I do Ironman Triathlons (hence I do swim in a wetsuit) and getting in any vehicle...

I was able to pinpoint where the exhaust manifold was "cracked"...I saw the "spark"...is there something I can use "jb weld" or something that would work and hold up to the heat/safety?
