The side bolts should be 13 ft. lbs.
The top bolts should be 93 in. lbs.

The top is new and very tight. Let it sit in the sun. The temp should be at least 70 degrees when you install it. It will take a bit for it to get fully stretched.

Look it up on Crutchfield.com. Enter your Jeep info and you can then filter by brand, double din etc. That model will fit but there are caveats that are on Crutchfield's site.
