Axle shift when letting off the gas

I have 99 wrangler and have been running a Rock Krawler long arm kit for 6 years now. I installed an 8.8 in the rear and a HP Dana 30 in the front. I squared the axles and centered everything up....

Check the donut gasket between the exhaust manifold and the down pipe. Mine leaked there and it did sound like an engine issue.

You need to install a blend door in your existing heater box behind the glove box. 99 wranglers have two different compressor mounts as well.

If you had a cat back system installed, check the tail pipe. Mine rubs against the shock on the passenger side. It will rattle at take off and when I turn the engine off.

Check to see if the vacuum actuators aren't broke off the heater box. They are located down by your feet on the drivers side.

A worn synchro would grind or hesitate going in to gear. Check the lower shifter boot. You can slice it on the back. That is what usually causes it to pop out of gear.

Yes! That plate is a transmission mount that bolts to the skid plate you removed. You definitely need that mounted to drive!
