Great folks to deal with, say Hello for me. My old 97 is rock solid after they took care of me. I wish I didn't live so far away or I'd have them do all of my work.

haven't got to them yet, to many other things to fix. I was looking at the clockspring as the most likely culprit though. I can't find any mention of a resistor relay in the FSM except for the AC.
