The transmission and transfer case do not move in relation to the body of the jeep when flexing off road, unlike the differentials which move up and down as part of the axle.

Had this happen to me with the 2.5" x-factor, I ground down through the bump stop and perch it's on to make it stop hitting. Oh, I have the teraflex bump stops too.

I believe a lot of front bump stops require drilling the perch. I used hockey pucks with liquid nail to hold them in place. Been on over a year now and they haven't moved.

ENGO should've won a winch shoot out a little while ago.... With that, I have an ENGO 10k with synthetic. Has worked great in the numerous times I've had to use it.
