The biggest issue is disconnecting everything the goes between the body and drivetrain. There aren't a whole lot of connections between the body and frame. Don't forget the fuel filler.

x3, but you don't need two regulators. Just move that one and have full pressure at the quick connects. I'd also put a gauge after the regulator plumbed into the cab with some small air line.
