Nope. 4.0/2.73 = 1.465. If something is 1.465 greater than something else, it's 46.5% greater. Of course, the smaller thing is 68% as big as the larger one. But the larger one is 46.5% larger.

Nope. 5th gear auto in the 2012+ JKs is 0.83:1. 4th (the highest gear on pre-2012 models) is 0.69:1. That doesn't change depending on your diff gearing.
