Too many variables here. Get a continuity tester and a wiring diagram and start checking all ground wires are good. Before you do that check all fuses are good.

I have no sway bar or track bars. I do not have any issues. You can take those items off and throw them in the garbage. They also will not cause the issue you describe.

Spin the fan when cold it should be fairly easy. Warm up the Jeep and spin it again. It should be harder. If the resistance did not change I would change it out.
