Rent a cooling system pressure tester from autozone....hooks right up to your radiator....pump it up to the recommended pressure and look and see where its leaking ....they also have a dye test you...

Depends on how bad its leaking ....granted it...

Depends on how bad its leaking ....granted it will get worse with time but if its a small leak id just keep an eye on it and drive it

Looks like the output shaft seal is leaking ....clean it off with brake cleaner and check it again

Sounds to me like the solenoid is stuck....try tapping on it with something ...should get your starter to stop

Sounds like its time for a compression and leak down test ....sounds like a broken piston ring to me....pcv system being clogged is a possibility but loosing that much oil sounds more like a broken...

Stall style torque converters are meant for racing ...so unless your planning on being on pavement stopped and mashing the throttle then go stock....otherwise every time you sit at a traffic light...

Personally id say your ahead of the game if it runs and drives ok....you're basically getting the power it should've had stock....just look it over and make sure it looks like it was done properly...

Vacuum gauges are only good for synchronizing multiple carbs to get all cylinders to run the same speed ....it's not gonna help achieve more fuel mileage ....and the fuel/air screw only works at idle...

Check your plugs and see how they look ....are you sure its popping and not cutting out like its starving for fuel? ....my guess would be a clogged jet or float height is incorrect ....that carb...

Id say it all depend on how deep your pockets are and what kind of wheeling you're gonna do...no point in soa unless you plan on really flexing your jeep....if your just going for looks or a bit more...

See if he has recites for work done or parts if he did the rebuild himself ...go look at it...the motor should look fairly clean and no leaks....if the price is right id buy it even with 179,000 on...
