I paid 'Flaco' $20 and he drilled up a new hole, slightly rotated the shock, and bolted the shock in place. There has to be a solution for your shock mounting problem.

Actually, I was going to take the Jeep in for another alignment because my Jeep now pulls to the left. I'll flip the steering stabilizer tomorrow, and see if this changes handling.

You will need some coil compressors - Harbor Freight sells them. I had to use 3 the last time I had to pull my coils to do work on my front end. They come in sets of 2, but are inexpensive.
