I had the same issues with my lift when it was new. My track bar was not mounted correctly. Track bar and drag link should be parallel.

Did you put your transfer case drop spacers in? If those are in, hopefully you have some adjustable rear upper control arms. I may be able to help if I get back into town this weekend.

No it wasn't an oem but for some reason even without the crank sensor it would not go back. Got one of those dental pick and was able to get a pry on the spot it was caught on. Finally got it on....
