Believe it or not the cheap Dorman or Ebay units seem to hold up pretty well. I paid $99 for a Dorman 3 years ago and no cracks yet.

I can't speak for the Rugged Ridge units however the units I listed in post #15 above are plug & play. It's not a bad idea to upgrade the headlight wire harness but it's not required.
