New fuel pressure regulator installed..still long to start

As the title says. I just finished installing a new fuel pressure regulator in my jeep and drove 30 miles then let it sit for an hr and it took a few times to crank. What else could be causing this?...

It was so simple to remove i just couldnt find the tab at first..i had the dash side and evetything off..if i only knew. BTW new blower fixed the problem! Thanks guys for all the help!

It was a vaccumm leak by the battery..it was cracked i couldnt find where iy goes so i just taped it up and it works
