Ramsey 6000lb winch

Winch was on jeep when I bought it, works flawlessly.. Asking $250 obo, comes with universal winch plate.. Or $200 for winch alone..

Speaking of ford 8.8, will it decrease the value of the jeep going with this ? It will be cheaper this route, or should I have the rear axle re-geared and better axles put in it?

ok, took ground of block and battery, cleaned them, cable seems to be in good shape.. Tightened positive up, should I clean it as well? Still a rough idle, does it have a ground from block to frame?
