I'm pretty sure the only TJs that came from the factory with rear disc brakes were the rubicons. I had a 05 sport with a d44 rear and drums.

You can easily do the locker bypass mod to use the lockers in 4-high. It's a pretty common mod.

I agree with Big Cole on this one. Keep looking unless they are willing to negotiate a lot.

They are most likely all oem. My 06 has stepped moabs and my buddy's 04 has smooth moabs. They are all oem wheels. My guess is chrysler changed the design slightly sometime in 06 and you have one...
