I have an 2008 and have the same issue. my mechanic checked the code B1 B02. squibb 1 open circuit. It has been dinging for about a week now and driving me nuts.

Seat Belt Chime

Hi
I have a 2008 Wrangler and a few days ago the passenger seatbelt chime started to well, chime. Unless there is a ghost sitting there it should not chime. I even attached the belt to the clip...

I had it in for the FREE 5 year powertrain check up. Said the fluid change was maintance and would cost $479. Obviously I said only do the free warranty jobs.
