I figured that's what is was, if they weld gussets on it first, the ball joints come out easy as hell. I've done a few sets of them on JKs and TJs.

Depending on how bad it's bent, which sounds like not much. You can actually weld a truss on it after you preload it and it'll straighten back out. It's been done a lot but mainly the do it yourself...

Lighter rate sway bar, and match your shocks to your spring length helps a lot. I still run factory lowers and some homemade uppers to correct my pinion angle.

Not sure of the name of it but the euro spec JKs came with better calipers, bigger rotors, and a bigger master cylinder from what I understand.

Just look up the European spec brake parts, they seem to all be a little bigger including the master cylinder. Teraflex evidently uses the same master cylinder in their big brake kits.

Use electric drill using an air one on that size bit is stupid. It took maybe 10 mins for both sides on my steering. Honestly i bought a cheap dewalt bit and used some good cutting oil.
