The wheel bearings are stock Mopar. The gear bearings kit is from Motive and I believe they use Timken bearings.

I pulled the knuckle back off, re cleaned it and re-installed, same thing. If the speed sensor clip bracket was not there it would make it but I know that needs to be there.

Its not side to side it is top to bottom. Side to side it is perfectly lined up. It is like the nut needs to go another turn to clear the hole.
