I have used the washers and recently bought the blocks off of ebay. I like the blocks a lot more. Easy install and just did a 1000 mile trip with no complaints about the back seat.

Yea only took me 3 hours on my back in the driveway. For a shop on a lift with all the correct tools this is a one hour job, 1.5 at the most. Anything longer they have no idea how to work on a Jeep.

Loosen the striker on the door jam and move it...

Loosen the striker on the door jam and move it out a hair. Had to move mine it to make the door tighter so it would not leak at the bottom. Should work in reverse.
