dwindeck, I think the major additional component I am adding are the rear control arms, the reasoning behind this is because I want my rear axle to be centered within the wheel...

To be honest the difference is a lot more I calculated it with a bunch of parts that aren't really directly related to the lift :p

For shocks I think I'll go with Rancho 9000's I've had great...

Literally the only difference in the final product will be shocks and coils. I wish I could just try them out :/ I mean if the coils and shock setup on the AEV is really really good I wouldn't mind...

Here is a AEV 3.5 with 35''s from the side. To be honest visually it doesn't seem to bother me THAT much however I feel with 37's on the same height the off centered axle will be more noticeable....
